Meadow Station Subdivision

Meadow Station Subdivision is a covenant-controlled community located near the northwest corner of Elbert County.

​

The subdivision is bordered to the west by Delbert Road which represents one small portion of the Elbert County/Douglas County line.  All Meadow Station addresses are formally addressed as the city of Parker.  However, Meadow Station families are residents of Elbert County.  Property taxes, vehicle registration, county court house, district voting, etc. is within Elbert County.  The Elbert County seat is located in the town of Kiowa approximately 20 miles southeast of the subdivision.  Downtown Parker is located 7 miles due west of Meadow Station Subdivision.

Our History

Meadow Station Subdivision was originally plotted October 29th, 1980.  The subdivision consists of 77 single family 5 acre and larger lots.  Water for homes is via individual residential wells which were adjudicated in 2010.

Subdivision Information

The subdivision includes 156 acres of private common property used for non-motorized activities such as horseback riding, walking, etc.  All lots within the Meadow Station Subdivision are 1/77% owners of said common property. All roads within the subdivision are paved.

 

Rattlesnake Fire Station 253 is located in Meadow Station Subdivision with volunteer fire services.
